My philosophy: achieving real weight loss without dieting

Breaking free from the diet cycle
Many traditional diets focus on restriction, leading to a cycle of deprivation and eventual rebound. Our philosophy challenges this by addressing the root causes of weight gain, not just the symptoms.
For instance, fast food can be a major culprit. While a Big Mac is 560 calories, many other delicious burgers can easily exceed 1,000 calories. Burgers, especially beef, are somewhat the enemy in terms of consistent consumption.
When I was heavier, I used to eat burgers daily, and though I didn't track the exact weight gain, I knew it wasn't ideal. We focus on mindful choices and understanding the impact of everyday foods.
You should only eat hamburgers once a month, but not the ones at fast food restaurants. You should eat the burger at a casual or dine-in restaurants like Chili’s, Applebee’s, etc.
The good news is that, all other burgers are acceptable, including turkey or chicken patties.
Also, after a few weeks or months, you can have a cheat day and eat fast food.

Sustainable habits for lasting change
OK, the good news! Eat anything else! I eat whatever is cooked at home by me or someone else: Spaghetti, mac and cheese, casserole, enchiladas, etc. Anything you get at the grocery store is fine (no already prepared food (deli), except rotisserie chicken. I suggest you make a list so you do not spend too much money.
Remember: Eat everything in moderation. For snacks, I put them in a sandwich bag or paper towel. Eat only 1 snack per time and 1 meal per time.

Designed for everyone seeking positive change
This weight loss philosophy is best suited for anyone who wants to lose weight and maintain a better lifestyle without the frustration of traditional diets. You are beautiful and handsome just as you are, but choosing to lose weight is a personal goal that is entirely achievable. As it's written in the Bible, "everything is impossible for men, but all things are possible with God." Embrace this journey with joy and fun!
